The boiler is jacketed with heating elements that first warm the fluid then heat the wash, which helps prevent scorching and is ideal for distilling grain or fruit washes. This still features a copper dome and an 8-inch copper column equipped with CIP balls and bypass piping in the bubble plate sections, allowing for easy cleaning via the CIP system and the option to bypass sections when producing different types of spirits. It’s well-suited for crafting vodka, gin, whiskey, and rum, making it an excellent tool for craft distillers.
