My order shipped and was received quickly, with no issues - faster than other orders I have made with US based distributors. I was even able to make a change to the order, and it was fulfilled without issue. The tracking info was updated regularly, so I knew where it was. All of the parts were well packed and are of good quality. The copper onion came in its own protected box and looks perfect. I look forward to trying it out.
