Bst everything seems to be great quality i bought directly through them and their products through Amazon and I'm honestly, I would rather go through them customer service. Seems to get back to you fairly fully quickly, right around a day. When I ordered my thumbper, it was missing The Nut which when I placed my last order and ordered a heating element and a copper parrot. They just arrived yesterday as I'm writing this review. Hopefully, this weekend I will get a chance to use everything but from what I can tell everything seems to be on point.
My gin basket arrived in perfect order and exactly fit my modular still setup. I have had great success with OakStills, and good experiences with their customer service. My only complaint would be the long lead times required for shipping. But, they offer good products at even better prices.
