Affordable and happy for the glass tube. I ended up taking a higher quality set off SS ends and gaskets I had to modify and make work. Showed up relatively fast. Still overall happy to have a solution, it just didn’t really work as advertised.
Received the parts, they exceeded expectations. Quality workmanship, looking forward to using the pot still head once I gather all my parts. Love that it’s a modular system so I can switch it up depending on my mood.
I received my 50 L still in about 10 days (to Northern California.). Half that time it was sitting in customs in LA. Ran my first batch with it today, six gallon wash of Costco Organic apple juice. I was able to control the heat and cooling well enough to keep it running between 85-90% before it finished. The unit is heavy and all the pieces are well made. Try one, you will enjoy it.
