The things I ordered were of high quality, but, the shipping was very slow. I contacted customer service and was told one item was back ordered. Why couldn’t they tell me that when the order was made. Do yourself a favor, if you want to order from them, get it on Amazon, it’s already in the US…..

Needed a bigger condenser for my 26 gallon unit. It’s my first shotgun condenser I love how well made it is. The communication is fantastic with this company. I needed solid connections instead of push in style which I despise they hooked me up no problem. This is my 5th sale with this company they are amazing.

I know this is not a necessary item, but give me an extra device to infuse flavors later on.

I can say, ever item I have received from OakStill has been solid. I'll continue to get my parts from them... Until I can't any longer!!!

The PRV “array” is a really nice safety addition to my still. What was delivered was more hardware than I expected. Knowing what I know now, no question, I would have purchased this when I bought my still in the beginning. Plus it looks really cool.

Just what I needed

Stumbled across Oak Stills and was impressed by the straightforward catalogue and descriptions of their products. Sounded like a good company that happened to be based in China (rather than some anonymous company with a randomly/generated name poorly replicating someone else’s products). Thankfully, my impression was correct. The still I ordered arrived in perfect condition, wiring instructions were clear enough and the whole thing worked flawlessly the first time. Very happy with it, it is a beautiful piece of equipment. The company is clearly making little tweaks over time as the instructional videos and such have very minor differences (like tc ports in slightly different locations) but nothing that caused any problems. Their sales support was responsive (with an understandable delay given the timezone difference) and delivery from China again was reasonable given the logistics.

My order was fulfilled as promised and delivery was very quick. The fitting I ordered was 1/2 the price of an identical one available online (which I also had ordered). I followed up with a second, larger order, which was also delivered on time and as promised. My emails to customer service were answered quickly as well. I give Oak Stills a big thumbs up.
