My order was fulfilled as promised and delivery was very quick. The fitting I ordered was 1/2 the price of an identical one available online (which I also had ordered). I followed up with a second, larger order, which was also delivered on time and as promised. My emails to customer service were answered quickly as well. I give Oak Stills a big thumbs up.
I have not received a complete still as ordered yet, they have shorted me a cap. The still is beautiful, however the bottom pot is not square on the upper edge where the column mates up so the whole thing has a tilt to it. I have tried it all three ways that it can go on but I cannot get it fully straight up. All in all, it should work but the quality is not what I had expected. Still waiting for the final part, have received no confirmation that it has shipped. Maybe I will have it in time for me to get a few runs in this season
