Took weeks to ship then when it said it shipped it said returned to sender contacted the email and no reply. Am I out $900

I keep trying to buy the steel any other product so if you guys I tried using the discount it doesn’t work and they won’t except my credit card and this is the second card I’ve tried using is there anyway someone could help me so I could buy it or if not I’ll have to go somewhere else Getting help from you guys is ridiculous
I’ve purchased other hoses from different sources but, Oak stills simply has the best made out there.
Happy with the item, although packaging could have been better, not enough foam packing inside the wooden box to prevent movement of the boiler, top of box was damaged during shipping but luckily everything was ok inside. Still is now fully assembled and ready for the vinegar and sacrificial alcohol cleaning runs.
Will definitely be looking at a multi plate reflux column with a gin basket next up.
