Jacketed Mash Tun with Flip Cover

This double-jacketed mash tun features a flip cover design with a false bottom, integrated rake and knife stirrers for thorough grain mixing, and a side manway for easy grain removal post-cooking. Equipped with heating elements and compatible with steam heating, it delivers consistent temperature control throughout the mashing process. The jacketed construction maintains precise heat distribution, while the included sight glass, drain valve, and thermometer provide full operational visibility and control.

Unlike our sealed mash tun model, this unit features a non-sealing flip cover design, making it ideal for open mashing applications where ventilation is preferred. The flip cover provides convenient access without the pressure-containment capability of a sealed dome.
