Stumbled across Oak Stills and was impressed by the straightforward catalogue and descriptions of their products. Sounded like a good company that happened to be based in China (rather than some anonymous company with a randomly/generated name poorly replicating someone else’s products). Thankfully, my impression was correct. The still I ordered arrived in perfect condition, wiring instructions were clear enough and the whole thing worked flawlessly the first time. Very happy with it, it is a beautiful piece of equipment. The company is clearly making little tweaks over time as the instructional videos and such have very minor differences (like tc ports in slightly different locations) but nothing that caused any problems. Their sales support was responsive (with an understandable delay given the timezone difference) and delivery from China again was reasonable given the logistics.

Received this in the mail and was very surprised at the quality. Nice gauge stainless, really thick walled glass. Everything was packaged very well.
