The quality of the still is excellent.

The quality of the still itself is excellent. For the price you won't find this quality available in Australia.

I had a couple of troubleshooting issues putting this together, ainly with the electrical box, which was a bit frustrating. However I received a call instantly and the guy seemed to really want to help. I appreciate the service and I do believe this company is run by people who actually care about their customers.

Unfortunately the still could have been packed
a little bettrr as the boiler recoeved a few dints. Which could have been avoided with a few pieces of packing foam..
