The jacket layer allows the elements to heat the oil, which then heats the wash, provding an uniform heating to your valuable wash. This versatile still pot is perfect for a whole range of purposes, including distilling essential oils, brandy, ,gin, grappa, whiskey, and rum with ingredients such as grains or fruits.

 

Please note that the jacket layer is not rated for pressure, it's recommended to use oil as heating fluid.
