Your product didnot match the picture depicted in your website.I was disappointed. It’s false advertising. Had I ‘ own this I would had purchase the product I got from a supplier who was selling at a cheaper price

2 inch Stainless Steel / Copper Gin Basket Aroma Basket?

I haven't used it yet, I received it yesterday, however the package arrived packaged very securely. The bends, the actual gin basket were all very well wrapped, the tri clamps were in sealed packets and the valve and silicone seals were wrapped in separate packets. All in all very professionally shipped and I was very impressed indeed. Thank you Oak Stills.
