My original review was not meant to be a review. I mistook an email requesting the review for communication from the company.
That communication by the way has been excellent throughout my whole purchasing experience. This and the other items ordered come from overseas. Naturally that is a bit time consuming and complicated. but The rep answered everyone of my inquiries about shipping and time. very quickly.
The items I received seem to be of good quality and were packaged well. I have not had the chance to try out my still pot and the rest of the parts I ordered yet, but I have every confidence they will perform as good as they look
