Came in a nice wooden box, looks good, and Came in fast. Just used it and it worked perfectly no problems. Would recommend oak stills to anyone wanting grate products at an affordable price.
The boiler has several dents in the box n
The packaging should be better or you sold meba dented damaged boiler

Quality of product: Overall well made with sufficient welded bulkheads... functionality is great.
Cosmetically, the lip of the opening of the boiler is a bit rough and poorly finished... It does detract from the quality.. as shown in the pic.. Three stars in that department.
But overall a good product which can be improved.
