Shipping Rates&Policy

• Most orders ship from China, but we also have inventory in Amazon(US) for some items.
• Everything ships for free, except items in the 'Pipe Fittings' section which have shipping costs based on weight at checkout.
• Tanks/stills over 200 liters, we usually opt for sea shipping and offer a door-to-door service in DDP term, so customers won't need to engage a broker or cover duties/tariffs. Certain tanks in 'Boilers and Fermentors' don't include shipping costs yet due to their size, and rates vary much by country; our sales rep will offer rates for preferred options like DDP, CIF, FOB based on your location.
