Tri Clamp Agitator 1/2 HP 4" Mount Sanitary Mixer

Oak Still’s Tri Clamp Mount Agitator, equipped with a gearbox and external mechanical seals, is an excellent solution for sanitary low-viscosity mixing up to 750 liters. Specifically designed for the distillery, brewery, dairy, pharmaceutical, food, and cosmetics sectors, its 4" tri-clamp mount allows convenient vessel access. The external dry-running mechanical seal is rated for full vacuum up to 200 psi. Powered by a 1/2 HP, 220v single-phase stainless steel motor with a reduction gearbox, it delivers 35 RPM. The mixer features a 3/4" diameter, 30" long shaft with a welded, polished 10" two-blade square pitch propeller. The seal housing, mounting flange, and wetted components are made from durable 304 stainless steel.

Customizations are available in the mixing speed, shaft length, impeller diameter and type, volts and phases, explosion proof or ABB motor can be ordered by special order.
