Our Electric Jacketed Tank Stainless Steel Boiler delivers precision heating for demanding applications. The double-walled design circulates heated fluid—typically oil or water warmed by electric elements—around your contents, ensuring uniform temperature distribution without scorching. Perfect for thick liquids, mash, and heat-sensitive products that require gentle, consistent heating. Engineered from premium 304 stainless steel (316L available upon request), this boiler resists corrosion and maintains hygienic standards for food, beverage, distilling, chemical, and pharmaceutical operations. Select agitation based on your process needs—standard mixing speed is 50 RPM, with custom speeds and variable-speed VFD control available.
Note: All the tanks are in stock and can be shipped out in 10 work days, the agitator's mixing speed is 50RPM by default, we can make custom speed upon requst or variable speed(only available in 3PH power) with a VFD controller at an extra cost.
