These elbows are great, fit and finish is perfect.At this price point, unbeatable value and I will definitely buy again. Packaged arrived without damage and in a timely manner.
Haven't had a chance to use it yet. Received the still. Then the day after Christmas broke 2 ribs... so its currently hard to left anything over about 20 pound. I'll give more feed back once I get the still fully up and going. Although the dry fit of the still did fit perfectly i do have to say.
It came with a few small scratches and dents to the copper whiskey helmet. I sent pictures to Peter, the rep i was talking to the entire time before placing my order. He set me up with a second power supply and heating element. The customer service by Peter was second to none, they know how to take care of there customers!!!
I have to say the TAKE CARE OF THERE CUSTOMERS 💯%!!! Through this entire order, every question I had Peter was great and answered everything in a very quick and timely manner! They have A+ CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I should know, I used to work in a call center that centered around its customer service.

Bst everything seems to be great quality i bought directly through them and their products through Amazon and I'm honestly, I would rather go through them customer service. Seems to get back to you fairly fully quickly, right around a day. When I ordered my thumbper, it was missing The Nut which when I placed my last order and ordered a heating element and a copper parrot. They just arrived yesterday as I'm writing this review. Hopefully, this weekend I will get a chance to use everything but from what I can tell everything seems to be on point.
