The still was well constructed and packaged nicely for shipping. I was sent the incorrect fittings for the condenser but the company made it right by offering the correct fittings. Will but additional attachment from them in the future
and you are not going to publish this review anyway, otherwise i would not be getting asked about this when i already posted a review.
I added this column on top of the whiskey hat (onion). My proof has skyrocketed immediately (~94%). Now we're experimenting with varying the number of plates (currently using two) to observe differences in final proof and it's effects on flavor retention.
