I bought these due to a glass on the glass tower cracking on me. It was probably my fault as I think I over tightened the glass tower. Customer service replaced the glass and even gave me an extra before they knew i was gonna just replace the section of the still. Anyway, got 4 or these so It didnt happen again. They work great, they are not as cool to watch as the glass tower. But way more sturdy, easier to put together and do as they are suppose to do. I would recommend them over glass tower. They were originally recommended to me over glass section by customer service but I went with glass cause I wanted to see it work. So, in closing. You do you, just remember this when you go to replace the glass section with these.
