I bought the PID controller to look after my home beer mash kettle, so far its worked flawlessly keeping my mash temp consistent.
I don't think I've seen another controller listed on the net which is such good value for money I also purchased a 5500w heating element for the same project and that is also working well.

Faulty, no response from seller
Doesn’t work, and comes with instructions written in Chinese. Contacted them, they said it was missing a part they forgot to send. Told me it was in the mail and on its was, still a month later nothing to fix it.
Now they ignore my emails

The description is incomplete. No power connections, worthless box and two standalone heating elements. No diagram of completion of device or missing components. Think again buying from Oak Stills.
