Great Product-quality far surpassed what I expected

Quality is great- in the process of installing and. Setting up first run- but can’t wait- all the commections I have wired in have been perfect!!

Faulty, no response from seller

Doesn’t work, and comes with instructions written in Chinese. Contacted them, they said it was missing a part they forgot to send. Told me it was in the mail and on its was, still a month later nothing to fix it.
Now they ignore my emails

Do not wait your money

The description is incomplete. No power connections, worthless box and two standalone heating elements. No diagram of completion of device or missing components. Think again buying from Oak Stills.
