Moonshine Still Heat Controller 220v 3000watt/110v 2000watt（variable AMPs）

This heat controller with integrated heating element is engineered for small to middle size distillers from 3 gallons to even 52 gallons. Plug directly into any standard wall outlet—no hardwiring required. Variable power adjustment from 0–100% lets you precisely control heat output across different distillation stages, from initial heating through reflux and condensation phases. Stack two units to accelerate heat-up times or maximize efficiency on larger systems. The included 2-inch tri-clamp heating element (64mm OD ferrule) connects seamlessly to compatible still configurations.

Note:  Heater Controllers must have power draw at all times.  Turning on the Heater Controller without a heater plugged into the controller will damage the controller and void the warranty. When used with element the power doesn't turn on from 0(usually 30 to 50 of the full range of the dial)
