Ordered a custom 2 5500w element controller. There was an issue when I went to check my order status so I sent and email. My email got a response within hours and found out there was a misunderstanding about what I ordered. The issue was quickly resolved and a unit was shipped to me express mail. When the unit arrived it was exactly how I wanted it well put together. My friend who's an electrical engineer looked the unit over and was impressed. I couldn't have built a unit for what I paid for this controller. I admit I was worried especially after the issue with the order ,but oak stills made everything right! I would absolutely purchase from again!
I really like the quality of the control box but one question/statement I have is — is there supped to be current (8.4 v) moving back into my copper pot. I’ve only used the controller for a clean out run with water and vinegar. I have a tester that beeps if there’s current on something. I had it with me during my clean out and I’m getting voltage on my pot. I’ve checked the breaker/ plug/ receptacle and everything is right. Any ideas ??????

Control Box arrived no dings or scratches in box. Box guts neatly & professionally wired, very neat job. Very satisfied with price for quality!
The only improvement could be to add a cooling fan so the temperature adjustment responds a little quicker.
