You forgot to send me a crucial part of my order
This 8 gallon stainless milk can boiler is well made and it has great features with a 1.5" drain flange, 2" heater element flange, upper 2" flange for sight gage or agitator and 1/2" pipe thermometer upper fitting. The 110V heater element I got received with it works well. Make sure you use at least 12 ga wire, I used 10 ga power cord and changed out the cable gland on the cover to a 1/2" for the larger cable. Service was good too as after I placed the order I realized I ordered the 220V heater and that was fixed with one email.
