Electric Heating Element 2" Tri Clamp 220 Volt / 110 Volt

First of all, I want to say that I truly appreciate your products and excellent service. However, upon receiving this heating element, I noticed heat marks at the base, likely caused by the welding or soldering of the terminals.

As you may know, when stainless steel is damaged in this way, it can lose its natural rust-resistant properties, leading to rapid corrosion. This rust could potentially contaminate the kettle. While I have always been highly satisfied with your products and service, this time the quality fell short of your usual standards.

That said, this single issue won’t deter me from buying from you again or recommending your products to others. Everyone makes mistakes, and I understand that. My intention here is not to complain but to provide constructive feedback in the hope that this issue can be addressed in the future.
